In a bold step toward strengthening Turkey’s influence in international handball, Turkish Handball Federation (THF) President Mesut Çebi has officially announced his candidacy for the Executive Committee of the European Handball Federation (EHF).
In his statement, President Çebi emphasized the significance of this move not just as a personal milestone, but as a strategic step forward for Turkish handball on the European stage:
“With the motto ‘New Path, New Handball’, I am honored to announce my candidacy for the European Handball Federation Executive Committee as the President of the Turkish Handball Federation. Çebi highlighted that this candidacy aims to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of Turkish athletes, clubs, referees, and officials within the European handball family:
